Guaranteed 30 Day Return Policy

1. To insure a prompt refund from us on returned merchandise you must first call our customer service desk toll free at 1-800-463-5001 to obtain your return authorization number. The return authorization number must then accompany your shipment to us.
 
2. Unopened merchandise that is in the manufacturers original packaging may be returned to us for any reason within 30 days of your receipt.
 
3. Opened merchandise that is defective may be returned for a refund within 30 days of your receipt. Opened merchandise returns and refunds require a complete explanation as to the problem with the product.
 
4. Do not return any product for any reason without a return authorization number as we will not be able to complete your refund without that number.
