Amount Per Serving (3 capsules): Alpha - Lipoic Acid 100 mg L-Tyrosine 500 mg, Green Tea Leaf Extract (Standardized to 50% polyphenols; 35% catechins) 300 mg, Ma Huang extract (Ephedra Sinica)(stems) 250 mg, Ma Huang extract (Standardized to 8% Ephedrine Alkaloids) 20 mg, Coleus Forskohli (Standardized to 10% Forskohlin) 50 mg, Caffeine (from Caffeine Anhydrous) 150 mg Naringin 100 mg

Ingredients: Microcrystaline cellulose, pectin, modified cellulose, silica, and magnesium stearate.

Suggested use: Take 3 capsules, twice daily before meals and/or exercise. Do not exceed 5 days per week or 9 capsules per day. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for two weeks.
